Secure Trust Bank, a West Midlands based bank who offer mortgage products exclusively through Mortgage Brokers, has launched a 90% LTV semi-exclusive mortgage range available for a limited time through a few select mortgage brokers – and we are delighted to be one of them.

Secure Trust Bank specialise in providing mortgage products to support employed customers with complex incomes e.g. customers who are on a zero hour contract or have a second job, self employed customers with only two year’s trading history, contract workers and retired customers.

Employed Customers:

• who have recently started in a new role
• with incomes from second and subsequent jobs
• on zero hour contracts
• with regular income from overtime, bonuses and commission

Self-Employed Customers:

• with only two year’s accounts

Older Borrowers:

• up to the age of 85 years at the end of the mortgage term – proof of pension is required if the applicant is retiring within the first 15 years of the mortgage term

Contractors:

• with only 3 month’s left on working contract
• will consider up to 100% of income from agency workers
