Our absolute number one priority is the safety of our clients and employees, no matter what happens. We understand that many people are concerned about the effect that contracting coronavirus could have on their health and the health of their family and friends. To limit exposure to the virus, we have made the difficult decision to suspend all face-to-face meetings between our clients and employees.
All our clients will be given the opportunity for video calls and our team is always contactable by telephone and/or email.
We would like to reassure you that it is very much business as usual at Ingard. Our team will continue to work from the office and will remain in regular contact with the lenders, insurers and solicitors to ensure your applications are processed as quickly and efficiently as possible. We will ensure that you are kept informed of all developments throughout the application process.
We are continuously monitoring the situation and following the guidelines published by Public Health England. Should the official advice change, we have made provisions to enable all employees to work from home. This means that our services will continue as normal with limited disruptions.
